Thirteen years inside the data, not beside it.

I spent thirteen years as a data consultant at Mapp Digital, an enterprise email service provider — tracking, pipelines, dashboards, performance reviews. Across hundreds of client programmes, every industry and every company size, I kept seeing the same thing: classic reporting can't show the real causes of performance change. So I built the framework, and the tools, to make them visible.
